Kompania nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb partner biznesi i asnj\u00eb autoriteti publik q\u00eb mbledh tarifa p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e rrug\u00ebve tok\u00ebsore.<\/p> \n<p><br \/> 1.8 Dispozitat q\u00eb devijojn\u00eb nga k\u00ebto Kushte t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Tregtis\u00eb mund t\u00eb bien dakord n\u00eb nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb me shkrim. Dispozitat devijuese n\u00eb kontrat\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi mbi dispozitat e k\u00ebtyre TPK-ve.<\/p> \n<p><br \/> 1.9 Dispozitat e k\u00ebtyre Kushteve t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Tregtis\u00eb jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb integrale e Kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb lidhur p\u00ebrmes Faqes s\u00eb Internetit. Kontrata dhe Kushtet e P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Tregtis\u00eb jan\u00eb hartuar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn \u00e7eke.<\/p> \n<p><br \/> 1.10 Kompania mund t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb ose plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb tekstin e Kushteve t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Tregtis\u00eb. Kjo dispozit\u00eb nuk ndikon n\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat dhe detyrimet q\u00eb rrjedhin gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb vlefshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb versionit t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm t\u00eb TPK-s\u00eb.<\/p> \n<p><br \/> 1.11 Duke hyr\u00eb n\u00eb cil\u00ebndo nga Faqet e Internetit, Klienti konfirmon se ka lexuar formulimin e k\u00ebtyre Kushteve t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Tregtimit (GTC) dhe merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t&#39;i zbatoj\u00eb ato.<\/p> \n<p><\/p> \n<h3 id=\"-uzaven-smlouvy\" class=\"scroll-mt-6\"> 2. Informacioni i dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb Porosi konsiderohet i sakt\u00eb nga Kompania. Vlefshm\u00ebria e Porosis\u00eb kusht\u00ebzohet nga plot\u00ebsimi i t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb detyrueshme n\u00eb Formularin e Porosis\u00eb dhe konfirmimi i Klientit se i ka lexuar k\u00ebto Kushte t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Tregtimit.<br \/><br \/> 2.3 Porosia e Klientit e b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Faqes s\u00eb Internetit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb propozim detyrues p\u00ebr t\u00eb lidhur nj\u00eb Kontrat\u00eb me Kompanin\u00eb. Pas pages\u00ebs nga Klienti, Kompania do t\u00eb konfirmoj\u00eb marrjen e pages\u00ebs elektronikisht, me email me tekstin &quot;Porosia u mor&quot;. Klienti pajtohet dhe pranon q\u00eb ky email nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb porosia \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar.<\/p> \n<p> 2.4. Pas verifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave nga Kompania, sh\u00ebrbimi i ofrohet Klientit brenda nj\u00eb kohe t\u00eb arsyeshme, me kusht q\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb sakta. N\u00ebse t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e dh\u00ebna nga Klienti jan\u00eb t\u00eb pasakta, nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr korrigjimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave i d\u00ebrgohet Klientit elektronikisht n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb Porosia t\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundohet. Kompania nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr d\u00ebmet e shkaktuara nga Klienti gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs kur Klienti nuk i p\u00ebrgjigjet k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb Kompanis\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar Porosin\u00eb.<\/p> \n<p> 2.5 <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Kontrata lidhet me dor\u00ebzimin e konfirmimit t\u00eb Porosis\u00eb n\u00eb Adres\u00ebn Elektronike t\u00eb Klientit. Klienti informohet qart\u00eb se sh\u00ebrbimi \u00ebsht\u00eb aktiv vet\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb moment.<\/span><\/p> \n<p> 2.5 T\u00eb gjitha Porosit\u00eb e pranuara nga Kompania jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyrueshme.<\/p> \n<p><br \/> 2.6 Klienti pranon p\u00ebrdorimin e mjeteve t\u00eb komunikimit n\u00eb distanc\u00eb kur lidh Kontrat\u00ebn. Klienti do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb shpenzimet e shkaktuara nga Klienti gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb mjeteve t\u00eb komunikimit n\u00eb distanc\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me p\u00ebrfundimin e Kontrat\u00ebs (kostot e lidhjes n\u00eb internet).<\/p> \n<p><br \/> 2.7 Kontrata \u00ebsht\u00eb baza ligjore mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Kompania vepron n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Klientit.<\/p> \n<p><br \/> 2.8 Klienti pranon q\u00eb Kompania nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e plot\u00ebsuara gabimisht n\u00eb faqen e internetit t\u00eb Kompanis\u00eb dhe merr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do kosto shtes\u00eb q\u00eb rrjedh prej tyre.<\/p> \n<p><br \/> 2.8.1 Klienti pranon q\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e regjistrimit t\u00eb dh\u00ebna n\u00eb emailin e validimit jan\u00eb t\u00eb vlefshme, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb vendin e regjistrimit t\u00eb automjetit, numrin e targ\u00ebs dhe dat\u00ebn e skadimit. Klienti pranon kontrollin p\u00ebrfundimtar tekstual dhe vizual t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe pranon q\u00eb Kompania nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr d\u00ebmet q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb pasakta q\u00eb jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar ose ndryshuar drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga Klienti n\u00eb \u00e7do faz\u00eb t\u00eb porosis\u00eb, ose nga Kompania bazuar n\u00eb iniciativ\u00ebn e Klientit (n\u00eb faqen e internetit, me telefon, me email ose p\u00ebrmes \u00e7do forme tjet\u00ebr dixhitale t\u00eb komunikimit).<\/p> \n<p> 2.9 <span style=\"font-family: Overpass, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, Segoe UI, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, Helvetica Neue, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: 0px;\">Kompania \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr d\u00ebrgimin elektronik t\u00eb komunikimeve nga serveri i Kompanis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p> \n<p> 2.10. Klienti \u00ebsht\u00eb i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebrkesat e komunikimit me email dhe do t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb email ose forma t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb komunikimit. Ai\/Ajo pranon q\u00eb n\u00eb rast t\u00eb mosd\u00ebrgimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb email-i p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb problemi nga ana e Klientit (email i sh\u00ebnuar si spam, email i pad\u00ebrguar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb gabimi softuerik nga ana e Klientit), Kompania nuk mban p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb shkaktuar ose kosto shtes\u00eb n\u00eb rastet q\u00eb Kompania nuk mund t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb <span style=\"font-family: Overpass, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, Segoe UI, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, Helvetica Neue, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400;\">(lidhja e internetit e Klientit nuk funksionon, roaming i \u00e7aktivizuar, etj.).<\/span> \n<p> 2.11. Metodat alternative t\u00eb komunikimit (SMS, Whatsapp, njoftime push dhe t\u00eb tjera) i n\u00ebnshtrohen t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtave kushte si komunikimi me email. Klienti merr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr mosdh\u00ebnien e informacionit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb form\u00eb n\u00eb rastet p\u00ebrtej kontrollit t\u00eb Kompanis\u00eb (lidhja e internetit e Klientit nuk funksionon, roaming \u00ebsht\u00eb i \u00e7aktivizuar, etj.).<\/p> \n<p> 2.12. N\u00eb rast se Kompania nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t&#39;i ofroj\u00eb Klientit sh\u00ebrbimin (Sh\u00ebrbimi \u00ebsht\u00eb tashm\u00eb aktiv, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur ta blini at\u00eb), Klientit do t&#39;i rimbursohet shuma e paguar plot\u00ebsisht dhe pa vones\u00eb.<\/p> \n<p> 2.13. Klienti pranon q\u00eb n\u00eb rast t\u00eb marrjes s\u00eb ndonj\u00eb k\u00ebrkese n\u00eb lidhje me sh\u00ebrbimin e porositur, ky informacion do t&#39;i p\u00ebrcillet Kompanis\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb, por jo m\u00eb von\u00eb se 2 dit\u00eb pas marrjes s\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs. N\u00eb rast t\u00eb mosrespektimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij afati, Klienti pranon t\u00eb mos k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb asnj\u00eb kompensim nga Kompania.<\/p> \n<h3><\/h3> \n<h3 id=\"-cena-sluby-a-platebn-podmnky\" class=\"scroll-mt-6\"> 3. \u00c7MIMI I SH\u00cbRBIMIT DHE KUSHTE T\u00cb PAGES\u00cbS<\/h3> \n<p> 3.1 Faqja e internetit p\u00ebrmban informacion n\u00eb lidhje me \u00e7mimin e Sh\u00ebrbimit dhe \u00e7mimin e tarif\u00ebs p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e rrug\u00ebve me pages\u00eb. \u00c7mimet jan\u00eb t\u00eb listuara duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb TVSH-n\u00eb mbi vler\u00ebn e shtuar (n\u00ebse aplikohet). \u00c7mimet mbeten t\u00eb vlefshme p\u00ebr aq koh\u00eb sa ato shfaqen n\u00eb Faqen e Internetit. Kjo dispozit\u00eb nuk e kufizon aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kompanis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb lidhur Kontrat\u00ebn sipas kushteve t\u00eb negociuara individualisht.<br \/><br \/> 3.2 Klienti mund t\u2019ia paguaj\u00eb Kompanis\u00eb \u00e7mimin e Sh\u00ebrbimit dhe tarif\u00ebn p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e rrug\u00ebve me pages\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyrat e m\u00ebposhtme:<br \/> (a) me an\u00eb t\u00eb transferit bankar n\u00eb llogarin\u00eb e Kompanis\u00eb;<br \/> (b) pa para n\u00eb dor\u00eb me kart\u00eb pagese n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb portali pagese;<br \/> (c) pa para n\u00eb dor\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Paypal.<br \/> (d) pa para t\u00eb gatshme n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Stripe.<br \/><br \/> 3.3 N\u00eb rastin e pages\u00ebs pa para n\u00eb dor\u00eb, detyrimi i Klientit p\u00ebr t\u00eb paguar \u00e7mimin p\u00ebrmbushet n\u00eb momentin kur shuma p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse (shuma e \u00e7mimit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimit dhe tarifa p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e rrug\u00ebve me pages\u00eb sllovake ose austriake) kreditohet n\u00eb llogarin\u00eb e Kompanis\u00eb. N\u00ebse Klienti nuk e paguan \u00e7mimin si\u00e7 duhet dhe n\u00eb koh\u00eb, Kontrata do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse Kompania njofton Klientin ndryshe.<br \/><br \/> 3.4 N\u00eb rast se ka nj\u00eb gabim t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm teknik nga ana e Kompanis\u00eb gjat\u00eb deklarimit t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve n\u00eb Faqen e Internetit ose gjat\u00eb porosis\u00eb, Kompania nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyruar t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimin me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7mim qart\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pasakt\u00eb.<\/p> \n<h3><\/h3> \n<h3 id=\"-dodn-sluby\" class=\"scroll-mt-6\"> 4. Detajet e kontaktit jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb faqen e internetit.<\/p> \n<p><br \/> 6.3 Kompania \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyruar t&#39;i l\u00ebshoj\u00eb Klientit nj\u00eb konfirmim me shkrim se kur Klienti e ushtroi t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb performanc\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar, i cili p\u00ebrmban p\u00ebrmbajtjen e ankes\u00ebs; dhe gjithashtu konfirmimin e dat\u00ebs dhe metod\u00ebs s\u00eb trajtimit t\u00eb ankes\u00ebs.<\/p> \n<p><br \/> 6.4 Kompania \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyruar t\u00eb informoj\u00eb Klientin se ankesa \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjidhur dhe si, n\u00eb adres\u00ebn elektronike t\u00eb Klientit.<\/p> \n<p><br \/> 6.5 N\u00ebse defekti \u00ebsht\u00eb i riparuesh\u00ebm, Klienti mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb riparimin ose plot\u00ebsimin e asaj q\u00eb mungon, ose nj\u00eb zbritje t\u00eb arsyeshme t\u00eb \u00e7mimit. N\u00ebse defekti nuk mund t\u00eb eliminohet, Klienti mund t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqet nga Kontrata ose t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb nj\u00eb zbritje t\u00eb arsyeshme t\u00eb \u00e7mimit.<\/p> \n<p><br \/> 6.6 Ankesa e konsumatorit, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb heqjen e defektit, do t\u00eb trajtohet pa vones\u00eb t\u00eb panevojshme, jo m\u00eb von\u00eb se 30 dit\u00eb nga data e marrjes s\u00eb ankes\u00ebs. Kompania do ta informoj\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb Klientin p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Adres\u00ebs s\u00eb tij\/saj Elektronike dhe do t&#39;i kthej\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fondet e marra prej tij\/saj sipas Kontrat\u00ebs brenda 14 dit\u00ebve nga njoftimi i t\u00ebrheqjes nga Kontrata, n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt (me marr\u00ebveshje paraprake), ose n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb specifikuar nga Klienti.<\/p> \n<p><br \/> 7.2 Kompania trajton ankesat e Klient\u00ebve n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet adres\u00ebs elektronike <!-- No shortcodes are defined -->.
