Sabiedr\u012bba uzskata, ka Pas\u016bt\u012bjum\u0101 sniegt\u0101 inform\u0101cija ir pareiza. Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma der\u012bgums ir atkar\u012bgs no visu oblig\u0101to datu aizpild\u012b\u0161anas pas\u016bt\u012bjuma veidlap\u0101 un Klienta apstiprin\u0101juma, ka vi\u0146\u0161 ir izlas\u012bjis \u0161os Visp\u0101r\u0113jos noteikumus.<br \/><br \/> 2.3 Klienta pas\u016bt\u012bjums, kas veikts, izmantojot T\u012bmek\u013ca vietni, ir saisto\u0161s priek\u0161likums nosl\u0113gt L\u012bgumu ar Sabiedr\u012bbu. Klients piekr\u012bt un pie\u0146em, ka \u0161\u012b e-pasta sa\u0146em\u0161ana nenoz\u012bm\u0113, ka pas\u016bt\u012bjums ir pabeigts.<\/p> \n<p> 2.4. P\u0113c tam, kad Sabiedr\u012bba ir p\u0101rbaud\u012bjusi datus, pakalpojums Klientam tiek sniegts sapr\u0101t\u012bg\u0101 termi\u0146\u0101, ja dati ir pareizi. Ja Klienta sniegtie dati ir nepareizi, Klientam elektroniski tiek nos\u016bt\u012bts piepras\u012bjums labot datus, lai Pas\u016bt\u012bjumu var\u0113tu pabeigt. Klients tiek skaidri inform\u0113ts, ka pakalpojums ir akt\u012bvs tikai \u0161obr\u012bd.<\/span><\/p> \n<p> 2.5 Visi Sabiedr\u012bbas pie\u0146emtie pas\u016bt\u012bjumi ir saisto\u0161i.<\/p> \n<p><br \/> 2.6 Klients, nosl\u0113dzot L\u012bgumu, piekr\u012bt att\u0101lin\u0101t\u0101s sazi\u0146as l\u012bdzek\u013cu izmanto\u0161anai. Klients ir inform\u0113ts par vis\u0101m e-pasta sazi\u0146as pras\u012bb\u0101m un nodro\u0161in\u0101s visu nepiecie\u0161amo, lai sa\u0146emtu e-pastu vai citus sazi\u0146as veidus. Klients uz\u0146emas atbild\u012bbu par inform\u0101cijas nepieg\u0101d\u0101\u0161anu \u0161\u0101d\u0101 form\u0101 gad\u012bjumos, kas nav Sabiedr\u012bbas kontrol\u0113 (Klienta interneta savienojums nedarbojas, ir izsl\u0113gta viesabon\u0113\u0161ana u.\u00a0c.).<\/p> \n<p> 2.12. Klients piekr\u012bt, ka jebk\u0101da piepras\u012bjuma sa\u0146em\u0161anas gad\u012bjum\u0101 saist\u012bb\u0101 ar pas\u016bt\u012bto pakalpojumu \u0161\u012b inform\u0101cija tiks nekav\u0113joties p\u0101rs\u016bt\u012bta Sabiedr\u012bbai, bet ne v\u0113l\u0101k k\u0101 2 dienu laik\u0101 p\u0113c piepras\u012bjuma sa\u0146em\u0161anas. \u0160\u012b termi\u0146a neiev\u0113ro\u0161anas gad\u012bjum\u0101 Klients piekr\u012bt nepiepras\u012bt no Sabiedr\u012bbas nek\u0101du kompens\u0101ciju.<\/p> \n<h3><\/h3> \n<h3 id=\"-cena-sluby-a-platebn-podmnky\" class=\"scroll-mt-6\"> 3. PAKALPOJUMA CENA UN APMAKSAS NOTEIKUMI<\/h3> \n<p> 3.1 T\u012bmek\u013ca vietn\u0113 ir sniegta inform\u0101cija par Pakalpojuma cenu un maksas ce\u013cu lieto\u0161anas maksu. Cenas ir nor\u0101d\u012btas, ieskaitot pievienot\u0101s v\u0113rt\u012bbas nodokli (ja piem\u0113rojams). Cenas paliek sp\u0113k\u0101 tik ilgi, kam\u0113r t\u0101s ir redzamas M\u0101jaslap\u0101. \u0160is noteikums neierobe\u017eo Sabiedr\u012bbas iesp\u0113jas nosl\u0113gt L\u012bgumu ar individu\u0101li saska\u0146otiem nosac\u012bjumiem.<br \/><br \/> 3.2 Klients var samaks\u0101t Pakalpojuma cenu un maksu par maksas ce\u013cu izmanto\u0161anu Sabiedr\u012bbai \u0161\u0101dos veidos:<br \/> (a) ar bankas p\u0101rskait\u012bjumu uz Sabiedr\u012bbas kontu;<br \/> (b) bezskaidras naudas maks\u0101jums ar maks\u0101jumu karti, izmantojot maks\u0101jumu port\u0101lu;<br \/> (c) bezskaidras naudas maks\u0101jums, izmantojot Paypal.<br \/> (d) bezskaidras naudas maks\u0101jums, izmantojot Stripe.<br \/><br \/> 3.3 Bezskaidras naudas maks\u0101juma gad\u012bjum\u0101 Klienta pien\u0101kums samaks\u0101t cenu ir izpild\u012bts br\u012bd\u012b, kad attiec\u012bg\u0101 summa (Pakalpojuma cenas un maksas par Slov\u0101kijas vai Austrijas maksas ce\u013cu izmanto\u0161anu summa) tiek ieskait\u012bta Uz\u0146\u0113muma kont\u0101. Ja Klients pien\u0101c\u012bgi un laik\u0101 nesamaks\u0101 cenu, L\u012bgums tiek izbeigts, ja vien Sabiedr\u012bba nepazi\u0146o Klientam cit\u0101di.<br \/><br \/> 3.4 Gad\u012bjum\u0101, ja, nor\u0101dot cenas T\u012bmek\u013ca vietn\u0113 vai veicot pas\u016bt\u012bjumu, Sabiedr\u012bbai ir ac\u012bmredzama tehniska k\u013c\u016bda, Sabiedr\u012bbai nav pien\u0101kuma sniegt Pakalpojumu par \u0161o ac\u012bmredzami nepareizo cenu.<\/p> \n<h3><\/h3> \n<h3 id=\"-dodn-sluby\" class=\"scroll-mt-6\"> 4. PAKALPOJUMA SNIEG\u0160ANA<\/h3> \n<p> 4.1 Pakalpojums Klientam tiek sniegts t\u0101d\u0101 veid\u0101, ka p\u0113c Pakalpojuma cenas un maksas par maksas ce\u013cu izmanto\u0161anu samaksas uz Klienta Elektronisko adresi tiks nos\u016bt\u012bts apstiprin\u0101jums par izv\u0113l\u0113t\u0101 pakalpojuma izmanto\u0161anas maksas samaksu konkr\u0113taj\u0101 valst\u012b. Apstiprin\u0101jums tiks nos\u016bt\u012bts e-pasta veid\u0101 vai izmantojot citus sazi\u0146as l\u012bdzek\u013cus, un taj\u0101 b\u016bs skaidri nor\u0101d\u012bts, ka Klientam ir akt\u012bvs pakalpojums.
